All of our 14k gold or platinum jewelry is warrantied against manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the piece. If your jewelry breaks or is damaged because of a design or fabrication error, we will happily repair or replace the piece at no charge. Sterling silver jewelry is covered by this warranty for 1 year from date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused my misuse or improper storage, or unauthorized modifications. Loss of semi precious stones and small melee is also exempt from this coverage. Having your jewelry modified or resized by another jeweler voids any warranty on the piece.
We are happy to provide repair services on our jewelry! Please send photos of the damaged piece to email@example.com to be assessed by our repair team. If the damage was caused by manufacturer's defect, the jewelry will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the damage was not caused by manufacturers defect, a quote will provided for the cost of the repair.
Resizing & Necklace Extenders
We want your piece to be perfect, and can absolutely help to make any adjustments needed to get it just right.
Rings can be resized, subject to a $50 fee. Resizing a ring can take 1-2 weeks.
Extenders can be added to necklaces to create an adjustable length. The price to add an extender is $12/inch in silver, $25/inch in gold.
All orders ship for free! Your order will ship as soon as possible, processing/fabrication time can vary from piece to piece. Custom and customized items require additional fabrication time, you'll receive an estimated production time when placing your order.
Expedited shipping (and/or production) can be provided for an additional charge (pending destination and shipping speed). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange expedited shipping for your order.
We currently ship anywhere in the domestic United States, we do not currently offer international shipping. If you're interested in having an item shipped outside the US, please email email@example.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer fast, easy returns within 30 days of delivery. To make sure that your order is eligible for refund or exchange, please make sure that the item arrives at our studio before the 30 days run out. Customized, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Cards are not returnable.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of original order, via email at email@example.com. If your order has already been put into production, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
We want you to absolutely love your jewelry, and sometimes that means tweaking a detail or two. Want your birthstone instead of diamonds? 18k yellow instead of 14k? Something completely new and never seen before? We can do that!
Sometimes a piece in our collection is almost perfect. If you're in love with something you see, but want to change the metal color or gemstone type, those are customizations we can definitely do! Changing the quality of metal or type of stone can change the price of the piece; contact us with the customization you'd like, and we'll let you know the new price of your customized fine jewelry.
