Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer fast, easy returns within 30 days of delivery. To make sure that your order is eligible for refund or exchange, please make sure that the item arrives at our studio before the 30 days run out. Gift Cards are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Some items may incur a restocking fee.
Customized, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jenni Stuart, 24 Front Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970. Please ship the item in a box (not an envelope or bubble mailer), with enough padding to make sure that nothing is making a rattling sound.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
