Shipping
Your order will ship as soon as possible - processing/fabrication time can vary from piece to piece. Custom and customized items require additional fabrication time, you'll receive an estimated production time when placing your order.
Expedited shipping (and/or production) can be provided for an additional charge (pending destination and shipping speed). Please email hello@jennistuart.com to arrange expedited shipping for your order.
We currently ship anywhere in the domestic United States, but we do not currently offer international shipping. If you're interested in having an item shipped outside the US, please email hello@jennistuart.com.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer fast, easy returns within 30 days of delivery. To make sure that your order is eligible for refund or exchange, please make sure that the item arrives at our studio before the 30 days run out. Customized, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Cards are not returnable.
To return an item, please email hello@jennistuart.com to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Any orders, including (but not limited to) rush orders or items that return with damaged packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of original order, via email at hello@jennistuart.com. If your order has already been put into production, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All of our 14k gold or platinum jewelry is warrantied against manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the piece. If your jewelry breaks or is damaged because of a design or fabrication error, we will happily repair or replace the piece at no charge. Sterling silver jewelry is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused by misuse or improper storage, or unauthorized modifications. Loss of semi precious stones and small melee (under 3mm) is also exempt from this coverage. Having your jewelry modified, repaired, or resized by another jeweler voids any warranty on the piece.
We are happy to provide repair services on our jewelry! Please send photos of the damaged piece to hello@jennistuart.com to be assessed by our repair team. If the damage was caused by manufacturer's defect, the jewelry will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the damage was not caused by manufacturers defect, a quote will provided for the cost of the repair.

Ring Resizing & Necklace Extenders
We want your piece to be perfect, and can absolutely help to make any adjustments needed to get it just right.
Engagement rings made by us are eligible for one free resizing within 60 days of delivery.
Resizing a ready-to-ship ring prior to shipping can take 2-3 weeks.
Extenders can be added to necklaces to create an adjustable length. The price to add an extender is $30/inch in gold.
