To make sure that your order is eligible for refund or exchange, please make sure that the item arrives at our studio before the 30 days run out. Customized, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Cards are not returnable.

To return an item, please email hello@jennistuart.com to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of original order, via email at hello@jennistuart.com. If your order has already been put into production, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
